The organization

RJK Foundation Group is a trust registered under The Charitable and Religious Trusts Act, 1920 (registration date: 22-06-2026).

Membership and posts

• Membership and office-bearer applications follow the organization's Trust Deed and rules.
• This is an application/contribution fee. Payment does not guarantee approval of membership or appointment. The organization takes the final decision.
• Applications may be rejected, or membership cancelled, if false information is given.
• General membership is valid for one year; life membership needs no renewal.

Tax exemption

The organization does not currently hold 12A / 80G registration. No income tax exemption is available on any payment.

Payments

Only Indian payment methods are accepted (the organization does not hold FCRA registration).

Account security

Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Fair use

Misuse of the website, applying in someone else's name, or using the organization's name/logo without permission is not allowed.

Changes

The organization may change these terms from time to time. The new version will be published on this page.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.
