General rule
Membership fees, office-bearer application fees, document fees and donations are application/contribution amounts. Once paid, they are not cancelled or refunded, whether the application is approved or rejected.
Refunds only in these cases
- The same payment was made twice (duplicate payment).
- Money was debited from your account but the payment shows as failed.
How to request
Within 7 days of the payment date, send your name, mobile number, payment date and payment/transaction ID through the Contact page, by email (rjkfoundationgroup@gmail.com) or by phone (9411032945).
Timeline
After verification, valid refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Tax exemption
The organization does not hold 80G registration, so no income tax exemption is available on any payment.
